Fiji Road Upgrading Project III (FRUP3)

Acted as ADB consultant performing a 'mid term' review of progress on this project, including re-evaluation of the EIRR in light of revised costs.. Tasks involved a review of the performance of the Land Transport Authority. Developed a proposed transition for moving the PWD to a road authority.

Provided assistance and advice to ARC in the use of the EMME/2 based APT model. Used the model to demonstrate impact of integrated fares. Identified and corrected bugs in the model.

Auckland Regional Council

Responsible for specifying and testing highway and public transport options for testing. Specification of road pricing options. Economic evaluation of the options. Development of a proposed strategy.

Preliminary studies for integrated transport strategy, Mauritius

Undertaking a multi-criteria analysis of public transport options for the Curepipe – Port Louis corridor. Preparation of ToRs and RfP for the Port Louis City Centre Integrated Land Use and Transport Action Plan and for TA and Capacity Building to the Integrated Transport Strategy.
