Helen McNaught has over 30 years experience in policy and project development primarily in developing countries but also in New Zealand. She has successfully undertaken a wide range of assignments for the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the United Nations and bilateral agencies. She spent more than 5 years focussed solely on land transport policy, particularly road safety, with the New Zealand Ministry of Transport, including regulatory frameworks, policy analysis and development.
