Brisbane based, David Overington has over 25 years public passenger transport industry experience, with proven skills and experience in all facets of the public passenger transport sector.

He has held senior / project management positions in a large number of public transport consultancy assignments for a range of clients, including Governments, The World Bank and publicly and privately owned transport operators. He also has ‘hands-on experience with managing a public transport business.

David has undertaken public transport consultancy assignments in Australia, New Zealand, and a number of World Bank funded public transport projects in Indonesia, China, Kuwait, India, Turkey and the UAE
